FAQ & Insider Tips
Absolutely not. Trust is everything. We usually ask for a small deposit to secure spots (especially for VIP boats), and the balance is paid comfortably upon arrival in Sharm, in cash or local currency. No risk, zero stress.
Forget the anxiety! The night before every excursion, you will receive a personal WhatsApp message from Fabio with the exact time, meeting point, and transfer details. Swiss organization, Egyptian heart.
We are humans, not robots! If something comes up, message us on WhatsApp immediately. We'll do our best to reschedule without extra costs. ⚠️ Exception: For flights (Cairo/Luxor), we depend on airline rules, so flight tickets are non-refundable.
Crucial detail: If you stay in Sharm (e.g., Safari), the free 'Only Sinai' stamp is enough. But if you choose Ras Mohammed (by land) or go to Cairo/Luxor, you MUST buy the Egypt Visa ($25) upon arrival. Ask us if unsure!
Keyword: Comfort. Desert: closed shoes, sunglasses, scarf. Sea: swimwear, sunscreen. Insider Tip: Always bring a light hoodie, even in summer, for the strong A/C in buses or the desert breeze at night.
Insider Tip: Bring Euros/Dollars for hotels and tours (accepted everywhere). Exchange a small amount into Egyptian Pounds for small expenses: taxis, tips, and markets. Paying small things in local currency saves you money!
Hotel Wi-Fi is often slow. Golden advice: Buy a Data SIM (Vodafone or Etisalat) directly at the airport upon arrival. It's cheap and gives you fast internet everywhere.
Drink ONLY sealed bottled water (even for brushing teeth). For food, during our excursions, we select only certified restaurants with high hygiene standards.
